All games at home today are cancelled

Kick Off times for league matches have now been moved back to 2.45pm.

Great result well done lads,lets make it 3 out 3 this weekend, well done Wayne, Demo it will be nice to see you play at home again.

We are having a quiz night at the club Friday 3rd December 7pm, please come along and support the club

The 1st team are at Home vs Lydd Town in the Weald Of Kent Cup this coming Saturday and kick off is 2.15pm, we all hope the locals will come down and cheer the boys on.

Now the cup game on 28/08/10 is off, we will playing Tenterden away in a friendly, kick off 2.45pm.

The Weald Of Kent cup match vs Lydd Town has been postponed, as soon as I get a new date, I will put it here on the forum.

The Commitee team even won the Bat & Trap Friday night we're on a roll !

It was a great day, but did you say roll on next year or roll on 1st gear (good old Malc!)

Thanks to everyone who took part in the truck pull on Sunday, it was a great day and i thought the winning team were fantastic. This was the second time that the Commitee team had one the trophy and it was an honour for me to lift it. Roll on next year !

Message for the Collector, there will be a matchday programme for this season, and I am hopeful of bringing in 3 new players, if this happens, they will appear on the club website.

We have been drawn at home vs Lydd Town in the 1st round of the Weald Of Kent Cup, this is due to be played on Saturday 28th August, with kick off at 2.30pm.

Well done to all that played against Rye last night. Considering that we have only been back 2 weeks its definatley a good base to kick on from.

Well done Wayne for keeping the Managers comments up this season, I know of quite a few people who keep in touch with
Romneys progress through out the season, although they now live away from the town..

Just a reminder that the first team kick off early at home this Saturday, the club will stay open so we can all watch the cup final

After playing for his Sunday side last week, Chalky got a nasty knee injury, this has resulted in him having to give up football, this is bad news for us and more importantly himself, on behalf of the whole club, we all wish him well in his recovery.

Tickets for the Reserves cup final on Tuesday evening are being sold behind the bar at the football club, these are £4.00 each.

We are at Home vs Kennington tonight, Kick Off is 6.30pm.

This is true, and I am sure if he had come with us Saturday instead of playing for the reserves he would have given us the extra pace we missed going forward.

James (Gibbo) Gibson has decided to leave the club, which from an attacking option is disappointing, but I would like to thank him for his efforts this season and wish him good luck at his new club.

We are at home to AFC Sheppey on Saturday, 2.45 ko, I am sure there will be a good response from the squad.

We have APM Mears at home this Saturday, kick off is 2.45pm. We welcome back Paul Reese into the 1st team squad, he has been out since we played Larkfield on 03/10/09, its great to see him back.

The kick off time for the Semi-Final tomorrow has been changed to 1.45pm.

To supporters coming to the Semi-Final on Saturday or anyone who would like to, the address is Cray Valley FC, Badgers Sports Ground, Middle Park Avenue, Eltham, Greater London, SE9 5HT, the journey should take approx 1hr 15mins from New Romney, we have not got this far in this competition for a few years and it would be fantastic to see as many of the Romney faithful as possible to cheer the lads on, hopefully into the Final.

Saturdays game at home vs University has been cancelled, so our next game is the semi-final away vs Cray Valley.

Latest on AFC Sheppey: After speaking to the league secretary, AFC Sheppey will not be pulling out of the league at this time.

I would like to say a big thankyou for the support to the team on Saturday, it was a good game and a great win, we are at home to University Of Kent this coming Saturday, 2.45pm Kick Off, if anybody would like to come and see the lads in the cup semi-final the week after, we are away to Premier League side Cray Valley(PM), please ask about meeting times this week, myself and the squad would very much appreciate the support.

Message to supporters coming to the game tomorrow, the club will be holding a 1 minute silence prior to kick off and the team will be wearing black armbands as a mark of respect to David Wratten who sadly passed away last Friday, not only was he a caring and loving Father and Grandad, he was also an avid New Romney fan.

Gavin Prowse has a ban coming up, but is available Saturday, we will have the same squad as last week
